Fedex is one of our longest served customers, as they rely on our ability to provide rapid repairs to their heavily used doors at any time of the day or night.

Our engineers went out to one of their bases in Staffordshire to carry out contracted services and repairs to the roller shutters and dock levellers there.

The nature of Fedex’s operations means that their roller shutters and dock levellers are under heavy use, so planned service contracts like this greatly reduce the risk of them breaking.

That would not only be costly to repair but would also reduce their ability to operate, costing them more money.

The servicing and repairs were completed by our engineers in good time, so that the branch was back up to full operational capacity as soon as possible.
