We were delighted when a leading UK car retail new build contractor chose us to install the sectional doors and roller shutter at the new Mercedes car wash in Stafford.

Here the use of Hormann sectional doors provides the exceptional design and certified security of this outstanding manufacturer, with the choice of sectional doors also creating more space in front of and behind the door due to their vertical opening mechanism.

Our sectional doors also provide smooth operation with minimal effort thanks to being counterbalanced, with the counterbalancing calculations carried out to get the most longevity out of the springs. Thanks to the foam bonding between our panels these doors have the thermal value of 0.9 W/m2 K and sound reduction of 25db, and the neoprene seals running the length of the panels provide excellent weather resistance.

Also installed on site was a roller shutter with internal door, as per our customer’s specifications. Our in house manufacturing of all our shutters means that customisations, such as this addition of an internal door, are fully within our capabilities. The galvanised all-steel sections of our shutters ensure that this installation will last for years to come.
