Hovis approached ABC after encountering loading issues with a newly acquired distribution depot.
It was found that the bed level of the Hovis trucks fell well below the dock height.
ABC designed and fabricated truck risers that lifted the bed by the desired amount, the risers also incorporated rumble strips to help the driver judge distance to the dock.
New wheel guides were also installed. The whole project was a great success and the solution works seamlessly.
